These terms govern your use of datarelix.ai at app.datarelix.ai.
Use of the service
You may use datarelix.ai Cloud to query databases you have authorization to access. You will not use the service to bypass other systems' access controls, exfiltrate data you are not entitled to see, or violate applicable law.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the Cloud plan. Enterprise plans include explicit SLAs.
Liability
datarelix.ai is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you can export your run history; we will delete your account data within 30 days.
